We will see how these qualities shape the posture of the Ikigai Coach and enable them to create fruitful coaching relationships.
Next, we will address the crucial issue of boundary management and the coach-client relationship, exploring concrete tools to establish a clear, benevolent, and ethical framework. We will also reflect on the importance for the Ikigai Coach to develop their own Ikigai practice, in order to embody with integrity the principles they share with their clients.
The module will also explore the various facets of the Ikigai Coach’s ongoing professional development, through supervision, peer intervision, ongoing training and updating knowledge. We will see how these different practices allow the Ikigai Coach to refine their posture, strengthen their skills and continually renew their practice.
Finally, we will discuss two essential cross-cutting skills for the Ikigai Coach: time and energy management in their activity, as well as fruitful collaboration with other professionals. We will explore tools and best practices to optimize their organization, preserve their energy and be part of a virtuous ecosystem serving their clients.
